Different story
Before turning on the game, hold [L] + [R] and one of the following buttons. Power on the game to change the story and the main menu:
Super Sailor Moon: [Up]
Super Sailor Chibi-Moon: [Down]
Sailor Mars: [A]
Sailor Venus: [B]
Sailor Mercury: [X]
Sailor Jupiter: [Y]
Alternate game
Successfully complete the game in story mode as any character. That character will say something new at the introduction screen, and the pointer will change to match that character.
