Unlock Bonuses
Alternate Title Screen - Beat each of the 16 incidents under the par time.
Alternate Outfit - Save all 16 Ugly Secret Babies, making on per incident. You have to complete the incident in order for the baby icon to appear next to the incident on the stage select screen. You'll receive a message stating you have unlocked the outfit once all 16 babies have been saved.
Mighty Hose - Complete the game once.
